  3. Verser le poivron, l'ail, le gingembre, un peu de sel et le curcuma dans un mixer et en faire une pâte.
    Laver et couper les tomates en morceaux.(si fraîches)
    Une fois la pâte mixée ajouter les dés de tomates et mixer à nouveau pour que cela ait la consistance d'un smoothie !
  4. Une fois les oignons devenus transparents verser la sauce mixée et laisser cuire à petits bouillons pendant 20 minutes.
    Poivrer la sauce et ajouter du piment ou pas si vous en aimez la chaleur.
  5. Écaler les œufs et les couper en deux dans la longueur.
    Mettre les œufs délicatement dans la sauce et les laisser ainsi chauffer doucement pendant environ 5-10 minutes. Servir avec du riz blanc.
